I offer a confidential, warm and non-judgmental counselling experience and my commitment is to understanding you and the experiences which are
troubling you. Finding meaning together in emotional difficulty can enable understanding, acceptance and change.
I practice locally from a dedicated counselling room at Cockenzie Business Centre and both privately and for
the charitable sector in Edinburgh.
In addition to face-to-face, I also counsel via the telephone. I have a particular interest in counselling people who live in remote areas where
access to counselling is limited. Telephone counselling is a great option too for those with caring responsibilities, a disability or

Prior to becoming a counsellor, I worked for ten years as a change manager, coaching individuals and teams
through the uncertainties of change in the workplace. This provided me with a deep insight into the pressures which arise in the corporate
environment in particular.
