I began my counselling training in 2005, going on to train at the University of Edinburgh. In addition
to my counselling private practice, I work for the NHS providing counselling at an East Lothian medical practice two days a
week and teach kundalini yoga in Edinburgh and East Lothian.
I have also provided relationship counselling at an organisation in Edinburgh and another East Lothian medical practice,
counselled students in a student counselling service, provided generic adult counselling at a Community Health Project, counselled survivors
of rape and sexual abuse and counselled women affected by postnatal depression at another organisation.
I enjoy working with a wide range of issues (including, but not limited to, those listed above). I aim
to provide a confidential, safe and warm therapeutic relationship, supporting people through personal or professional difficulties,
increasing awareness, choice, acceptance and/or hope along the way. I offer both brief and longer-term therapy.
For more details on counselling and what I offer, please contact me or see my website for more information.
