People come to therapy for many different reasons to talk through areas of their lives that are causing them difficulties and I can offer a non-judgemental space.
My job is to help you increase your understanding of yourself and your situation and help you gain the resources you need to make changes in your life.
I offer a supportive and challenging environment that promotes optimal growth.
I have experience of working with many issues, including mental health difficulties, relationship struggles and other difficulties such as:
depression and low mood; stress; anxiety and panic; loss/bereavement; anger and anger management; addictions; disordered eating; relationship counselling; mental health; and abuse.
I work from home in a comfortable, friendly room in Dunbar where my aim is to develop a relationship with my clients that offers them the opportunity to explore their emotions, thinking, feelings and behaviours in a safe space and enable change to occur both within the room and in their life outside.
