I began my person-centred counselling training in 2005 and have over 10 years experience of supporting people suffering from stress, anxiety and depression both in one-to-one and group settings.
I have a particular interest in mental health and well-being because of dealing with my own feelings of unhappiness, emptiness and anxiety.
My work as a counsellor is deeply rooted in my own practice of mindfulness & compassion; and the belief that we all have an innate ability to find our way back to well-being.
Today I feel very grateful for the work that I do and for the variety of people I am privileged to work with.
